My law practice is focused on providing quality bankruptcy and consumer debt relief advice. I believe that my 25 years of experience practicing law will enable me to answer questions and help people who are considering the option of bankruptcy, as a means to resolve their debt problems.
A graduate of St. Bonaventure University with a Bachelor of Arts in Finance in 1981, and St. John’s University School of Law in 1988, I have been actively licensed in New York since 1988, and New Hampshire since 1994. I am a member of the National Association of Consumer Attorneys, National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys, New Hampshire Association of Justice, and the New Hampshire Bar Association. In the past 13 years, I have handled over 400 bankruptcy cases, Chapter 7 and Chapter 13.
NHBankruptcyHelp.com, this blog site, is a place for me to discuss recent court cases, inform my readers of consumer bankruptcy and debt issues, and to feature guest bloggers to write about issues that may be of interest, in a straight-forward manner.
